Returns & Exchange
- We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Once order is placed, we cannot cancel as it has already been processed.
- Purchased items cannot be exchanged or returned unless the contents of the shipped package are different from the items you have ordered.
- Exchanged items should be received by Sciesa maximum 3 x 24 hours (working days) after the claim is made. For shipment from another city, we refer to the stamped date. Items received after the time limit will be subjected to cancellation penalty of Rp. 20.000/day.
- Sciesa can only receive the exchanged items in one piece, the seal is not broken and there's no physical damage to the product's packaging.
- Sciesa accepts returns or exchange if the item received is considered as faulty and was received obviously damaged. To request a return, email us at email@example.com with the details of your purchase and photo proof of damaged item within 2 x 24 hours since receive date. Sciesa reserves the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet these conditions.
